Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the complete electric hose assembly for the new-style Sirena 1103 canister, stocked here as part 109N. It does two jobs at once: carrying airflow from the wand back to the machine, and passing current through to the powered floor head.

Hoses on water filtration canisters live a hard life, coiled and uncoiled around furniture at every use. When the internal wiring breaks, the power nozzle cuts out as the hose is flexed while suction stays normal. When the hose wall itself splits, you get the opposite: a whistling sound and weak pickup at the wand with the motor running as loudly as ever.

Because the wiring and the hose wall fail independently, a full assembly is the sensible replacement rather than a patch. This fits the new-style Sirena 1103, so confirm your canister is the newer version before ordering.
