Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This electrified hose (Part #103456) is a 2-wire replacement with a pistol grip for the ProTeam Alpine backpack. It has a 2-pin male pigtail at the machine end, a 2-pin female pigtail at the pistol grip, and a built-in on/off switch on the handle.

A cracked, split, or clogged hose sharply reduces suction and cleaning power, and damage to the internal wiring can interrupt power to a connected power nozzle. Hoses take heavy flex at both ends. A fresh electrified hose restores sealed airflow and reliable power through the handle.
