Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement elbow (Part #26-1402-02) restores the swiveling joint between the wand and the Super J combination rug and floor tool on Electrolux canister vacuums. The elbow lets the nozzle pivot while holding a firm connection during cleaning.
