Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Electrolux geared belt (Part #26-3316-03) comes as a 2-pack of replacement belts for the PN5, Discovery upright, and EverClean power nozzles. A geared belt meshes with the drive rather than relying on friction, so it holds brush speed steady where a flat belt would slip. The set is also listed under alternate part #26-3315-02.

As a belt wears, the brush roller slows or stops turning, and without agitation dirt stays packed in the carpet fibers. A stretched or stripped belt also robs the machine of its deep-cleaning bite. Fitting a fresh geared belt returns full brush speed and thorough carpet agitation.
