We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These replacement paper bags fit Eureka and Electrolux Intensity vacuums, including the EL5020, and the 6-pack ships with a pre-motor foam filter. The bags capture fine dust while the filter protects the motor.

A bag nearing capacity restricts airflow and drops suction, and a tired pre-motor filter lets more fine dust reach the motor. Running both past their life strains the machine. Fresh bags and a new filter restore full airflow and protection.
