Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement 7-foot hose assembly in black fits Electrolux Epic canister models, including Epic 6500, Epic 6500SR, and Epic 7000, as well as the Legacy series. Its gas-pump-style handle includes an on/off switch for control at the grip.

When a canister hose cracks, tears, or clogs, suction drops and above-floor cleaning becomes difficult. The flex points near the handle and cuff tend to fail first. Installing a sound hose restores full suction and comfortable reach for stairs and furniture.
