    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is the genuine Electrolux motor spring for the SC380B central vacuum power unit, sold individually. The springs cushion the motor within its mounting, isolating vibration and helping hold the motor firmly seated against its gasket and supports. A complete SC380B uses four of these springs, so order the quantity your unit requires.

    Over time springs can fatigue, lose tension, or corrode, which lets the motor shift, increases vibration and noise, and can compromise the motor's seal. Replacing tired springs as a set restores quiet, stable motor mounting.
