Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These replacement Type U Paper Bags (cataloged as UP-1) are 4-ply and fit Electrolux uprights across the Discovery, Regency, Epic, Advantage, Genesis, Xtreme, and Prolux lines, plus the 3000, 4000, and 6000 series and many commercial models. Each bag seals to the collar and filters dust as air passes through.

As a bag fills, airflow drops and the motor strains to hold suction, letting fine dust slip past a stressed seal. Changing to a fresh 4-ply bag before that point keeps suction strong and the exhaust clean.
