Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The agitator's bristles are what physically loosen embedded dirt and pet hair so the airflow can carry it away, which makes the brush roll one of the first parts to wear out on a hard-working vacuum. Part #16097-1 drops straight into the brush housing of the Eureka 3271 and 3272.
