Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This handle release is the foot-operated pedal that lets you recline the handle on Eureka 2270 Series upright vacuums. Pressing it disengages the locking latch so the handle tilts back for cleaning under furniture and returns upright to lock for storage.

Over years of use the release tab can crack, wear smooth, or stop holding the handle in its upright position. Replacing this small plastic component restores positive locking and the satisfying click that tells you the handle is secure.
