Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Heat and repeated use harden and compress steamer seals over time, leading to drips, weak steam output, or escaping vapor at the outlet. Replacing this seal restores a leak-free connection so the steamer reaches and holds full operating pressure.
