Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 60900 is the cord reel for the Eureka 6975A Excalibur canister: the spring-loaded spool that winds the power cord back into the body. It is supplied as the reel only.

Retraction is what fails. The spring loses its tension, or grit and a kinked cord bind the spool, and the cord starts coming back halfway, stopping dead, or needing a hand feed to go anywhere at all. Some reels give up the other way and snatch the cord back hard enough to whip the plug. Either way the cord ends up living outside the machine, where it gets trodden on and eventually cut.

Wind the new reel to the tension the original carried, feed the cord through its channel, and pull and release it several times before closing the housing. Unplug the vacuum first - the reel sits on the mains side of the machine.
