Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This soft foam filter sits in the airflow path to catch dust and debris that would otherwise reach and clog the motor, helping your vacuum hold its pickup power load after load.

Foam filters gradually load with fine dirt and lose their porosity, which chokes airflow and dulls cleaning performance. Dropping in a fresh 74077A returns the machine to full breathing capacity. It is cut to factory dimensions for an exact fit in the 2970 housing with no trimming.
