    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is a 5-pack of genuine Eureka left-hand torque springs for the Eureka 790A vacuum cleaner. A torque spring provides the calibrated return tension behind a pivoting or self-adjusting mechanism, keeping the part it controls under correct, consistent load as the vacuum operates.

    Springs lose tension or break with repeated cycling, which can cause a mechanism to feel loose, fail to return to position, or bind. This left-hand (LH) orientation pack (Part #61680-1) lets you replace worn springs and keep a spare on hand for the next service interval.
