Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a genuine Eureka axle bushing, a small but important bearing sleeve that fits around the wheel axle on Eureka upright vacuum cleaners. The bushing lets the rear wheels turn smoothly on the axle while reducing friction and wobble, so the cleaner rolls easily across floors and carpet.

When an axle bushing wears out or breaks, you may feel the wheel drag, squeak, or sit crooked, which makes the vacuum harder to push and can throw off the cleaner's height alignment. Dropping in a fresh bushing restores quiet, true-rolling movement.
