Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the complete base assembly for Eureka AirSpeed upright vacuum cleaners. The base is the lower nozzle housing that rides along the floor, holding the brushroll, belt, and wheels and channeling airflow up into the cleaner. Because it does the actual floor-level work, a sound base is critical to pickup performance.

If your original base is cracked, the brushroll bearings are worn, or the nozzle housing has been damaged, this genuine Eureka replacement restores the foundation of the machine in one part rather than rebuilding it piece by piece.
