Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement base assembly (Part #579025) fits the Eureka SC689A and Sanitaire SC689A commercial uprights. Available in red or black, it is the screw-on-bag style with the wheels mounted on the outside of the base.

The base forms the lower housing that carries the motor, wheels, and cleaning path. A cracked or broken base lets air leak, throws off wheel alignment, and can expose internal parts. A sound base restores structural integrity and a proper seal.
