    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The agitator's bristles do the mechanical work of beating carpet pile to release embedded dirt, dander and hair so the suction can carry it off, which is why a flattened brush roll dulls cleaning performance long before the motor weakens. Part #61861-1 is a direct fit for several Eureka upright models.
