Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM conversion cord measures 6 feet and fits Eureka and Sanitaire central vacuum models. It provides the electrical connection between the central vacuum hose and the power nozzle, carrying the current that activates the power brush.

A damaged cord is a safety hazard and should be replaced without delay. When the cord fails, the power brush will not activate, so agitation stops even though suction continues. Exposed strands or intermittent contact make the cord unsafe to keep using. A fresh cord restores safe, reliable power to the nozzle.
