Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM brush roll motor (Part #638612) powers the brush roll on Sanitaire and Eureka SC9180 commercial uprights, and it also fits Electrolux-Eureka EP9110A and Eureka and Sanitaire C4910A, SC9150, SC9180B, and SC9180D. The motor drives the agitator that lifts embedded dirt from carpet.

When the brush motor wears out or seizes, the brush roll slows or stops turning and the vacuum loses its carpet-cleaning ability even with suction intact. A failing motor may also run hot or noisy. Installing a fresh brush roll motor returns full agitation and pickup on carpet and hard floors.
