Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM cover pin for the Sanitaire SC-887 secures the cover on Sanitaire and Eureka commercial uprights. The pin acts as the hinge or latch point that holds the access cover closed and aligned over the components beneath it.

A bent, worn, or missing pin lets the cover sit loose, rattle, or swing open during use, which exposes the parts it protects and can throw off alignment. A fresh pin re-anchors the cover so it stays shut and square through continuous commercial cleaning.
