Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The cyclone is the core dust-separation component in a bagless cleaner: it spins incoming air at high speed so heavier dirt, grit, and debris drop into the dirt cup while cleaner air passes through to the filter and motor.

Over time a cracked, clogged, or worn cyclone assembly causes lost suction, frequent clogs, and dust blow-back. Replacing it returns the vacuum to factory separation performance and helps protect the downstream filter and motor from premature wear.
