    Returns & Exchanges

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The cup is the dirt-collection bin that snaps into the body of the cleaner, capturing the dust and debris pulled up through the nozzle and holding it until you empty the bin. As a full assembly, it includes the cup and its working components so you replace the unit as a whole.
