The 75188 series dust cup lid caps the top of the bagless dirt canister on Eureka upright vacuums, and this yellow version with the factory graphics printed on, SKU 75188-16, is built for the Eureka 4700D.
A lid in this series is handled every time the canister gets emptied, and that repetition is what eventually tells on it. The plastic cracks, or the latch wears to the point where it no longer holds, and from then on the lid sits crooked or works loose and the canister stops holding the seal the vacuum needs for full suction. Neither failure looks dramatic, which is why a lid is often the last thing checked when a bagless upright starts leaving fine dust behind.
