Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Restore your bagless Eureka upright's filtration with this genuine Eureka Cyclone Assembly, the spinning separation chamber that pulls dirt and debris out of the airflow before it reaches the filter. This is the OEM replacement unit built for the Eureka EL8502A vacuum (Part #79027-3).

The cyclone assembly is the heart of a bagless system. As air enters, it spins the incoming dust into a tight vortex so larger particles drop into the dirt cup while cleaner air passes through to the motor. Over time these housings can crack, warp, or lose their seal, which reduces suction and lets fine dust escape. Swapping in a fresh assembly brings back proper cyclonic action and the strong pickup the machine had when new.
