Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Built as a ready-to-install agitator unit, it includes the brush bar and end bearings so you can swap the whole assembly in one step rather than rebuilding the old roll. The rotating bristles loosen ground-in dirt, dust, and pet hair from carpet so the vacuum's airflow can carry it away.

This assembly is engineered to fit Eureka and Electrolux upright models EL8502 and EL8505. If your machine has weak carpet pickup, flattened bristles, or a brush that no longer spins freely, replacing the brush roll assembly restores proper agitation and grooming.
