Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Eureka/Electrolux charger assembly, part 1184027, is the wall charger for EL20-series cordless stick and handheld vacuums, supplying the regulated low-voltage output the onboard battery pack is built to take. A generic adapter with the same plug shape is not a substitute, because matching the connector says nothing about matching the output.

This assembly is confirmed for the Eureka/Electrolux EL2010A, EL2021A, EL2022A, EL2029A and EL2030A. Check the model number on your unit's housing against this list before ordering, since the EL20 numbering covers more than one machine.

It is a plug-in replacement, with no tools or disassembly needed to put it into service. Where a vacuum will not charge at all, the charger is the sensible thing to rule out first: it is the cheaper of the two parts and the easier one to test, and one that never warms and produces no charging indicator on the machine has usually failed outright. A machine that charges normally but runs for less time each session is showing battery wear instead, and a new charger will not bring that runtime back.
