Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The brush roll is the rotating bristle bar inside the cleaner head that beats embedded dirt, dust, and pet hair out of carpet pile so the airflow can sweep it into the bag or dirt cup. When the bristles wear flat or the roll stops turning smoothly, carpet pickup drops noticeably.

This brush roll is engineered specifically for the EL5035 UPT cleaner head and installs in place of the original agitator using the existing drive belt. It is a straightforward replacement that returns your vacuum to like-new grooming performance.
