Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part DVCF623 replaces the Eureka HF-16, the HEPA filter fitted to a group of Eureka and Electrolux uprights. Parts listings for the HF-16 give the original Eureka numbers as 68115, 68115A and 68715.

The machines named against those numbers are the Endeavor NLS 5400A, the AirExcel NLS 5403A and the AirSpeed Zuum AS5203A and AS5204A, plus the AirSpeed AS5200 series more broadly. If your model is not on that list, measure this filter against the one currently fitted before ordering.
