    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Get your Eureka/Electrolux power nozzle agitating carpet at full strength again with this replacement brush roll (Part #54419-1). The brush roll is the bristled bar inside the powerhead that rotates against the carpet to dislodge embedded dirt, sand, and pet hair, feeding it into the suction path. Worn or flattened bristles leave dirt behind — a new roll brings back deep cleaning.

    This brush roll is designed for the power nozzle used on the Eureka/Electrolux Twister Bagless 6980 and Oxygen 6992 systems. It installs in the power head in place of the original agitator and works with the existing drive belt.
