Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The extension cord for Sanitaire commercial uprights, part 1621293 — the mains lead that runs from the wall to the machine. On a commercial vacuum it is a consumable: it gets walked on, run over, yanked out of sockets by the cord, and wound around the machine while it is still warm.

Damage shows up as nicks in the outer jacket, a section that has gone flat or stiff, or a machine that cuts out when the cord is moved. Any exposed conductor makes the vacuum unsafe to use, and taping a damaged lead is not a repair — in a commercial setting it will not pass inspection either.

This cord fits the Sanitaire and Eureka SC877D, SC877E, SC886F, SC886G, SC887D, SC887E, SC888G, SC888M and SC888N uprights. Unplug the machine before fitting, and follow the original routing and strain relief exactly so the new cord is not chafing from day one.
