Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This 10-pack of metal fan washers and spacers provides genuine OEM hardware for the fan assembly on the Electrolux-Eureka EL5035A and EL5035AZ and related models. The washers set the correct spacing and seating for the fan on its shaft so it runs true and balanced.

Worn, missing, or incorrect spacers let the fan sit out of position, which throws off balance and creates vibration that can damage the bearings and motor over time. Fresh washers restore proper spacing so the fan turns smoothly and quietly.
