Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Keep your Eureka upright's filtration sealed and serviceable with this genuine Eureka Filter Cover Assembly (Part #61255-3). This is the OEM door and housing that holds the exhaust/HEPA filter in place and snaps shut to keep filtered air flowing the right direction.

The filter cover protects the filter media, maintains the airtight seal that keeps suction strong, and gives you quick access for routine filter cleaning or replacement. A cracked, warped, or missing cover lets unfiltered air bypass the system, which scatters fine dust and weakens pickup at the floor.
