Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the genuine Eureka filter cover made for the Eureka 5550A and HP5555A vacuum cleaners. The filter cover is the molded door or grille that retains the exhaust or motor filter in its housing, holding the filter firmly in place while directing filtered air out of the machine.

If the original cover is cracked, warped, or missing its latching tabs, the filter can shift out of position and allow unfiltered air to bypass the media. This exact-fit replacement (Part #61461-5) reseats the filter correctly and restores proper filtration airflow.
