Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a genuine Eureka flap spring, the small tension spring that keeps a hinged flap or door held against its seat inside the vacuum. Flaps like these seal the dirt path, the bag chamber door, or a suction-relief gate, and the spring provides the steady return force that snaps the flap shut after it opens. Part #61415-1.
