Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a genuine Eureka handle assembly for the AirSpeed AS1000 series of upright vacuum cleaners. The handle is the part you grip and steer the cleaner with, and it also houses the upper portion of the wand and recline mechanism, so a solid handle is key to comfortable, controlled cleaning.

Handles take constant stress at the pivot and grip and can crack, loosen, or snap after years of use. This complete replacement assembly lets you restore full control of the machine rather than fighting a wobbly or broken handle.
