Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 731751 is the complete handle assembly for the Sanitaire SC5713 commercial upright. It is the full upper handle rather than a grip or a tube section, so it goes on as one piece.

Commercial handles break where the tube meets the body, and they usually break slowly: a hairline crack, then flex when you push, then a handle that twists in your hands instead of steering the machine. Once there is play at the base, every push wastes effort and the operator ends up dragging the vacuum rather than guiding it.

Fitment covers the SC5713A, SC5713A-1, SC5713A-2, SC5713A-3 and SC5713B, plus the C5712A and C5712A-1, the SC5713D, and the SC5815E, SC5845B and SC5845D in both Sanitaire and Eureka badging. Unplug the machine first, and note how the cord is routed through the old handle before you pull it, because it has to run the same way in the new one.
