    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is a genuine Eureka HEPA cover, the molded grille that locks over the HEPA exhaust filter on your vacuum. It holds the filter seated squarely in its housing and channels filtered exhaust air through the vent while protecting the pleated media from damage during everyday use. Part #60476.

    The cover also forms part of the airtight seal around the HEPA filter, ensuring all exhaust passes through the media rather than leaking around it. A cracked or missing cover lets the filter shift, compromising both filtration and airflow.
