We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 624123 is the upper hood for the Sanitaire SC5713 commercial upright, the shell that covers the motor compartment on this workhorse machine. It fits the Eureka and Sanitaire SC5713B and SC5713D.
Commercial uprights in this line get pushed through offices, hallways, and job sites on a daily rotation, and the hood absorbs the bumps that come with that. Once it cracks along an edge or a mounting tab breaks, dust and debris reach the motor housing and internal wiring underneath, and the damage tends to spread rather than stay contained to the original crack.
