Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM latch (Part #A352-3300) secures the housing on the Carpet Pro SCBP1 backpack vacuum and compatible Eureka, Sanitaire, and Powr-Flite models. The latch holds the shell closed so internal parts stay protected and aligned during use.

Latches take repeated opening and closing, and a cracked or broken one lets the housing gap or pop open, exposing the motor and wiring to dust and knocks. A loose shell can also rattle and leak air. A fresh latch restores a secure, tight closure.
