Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Secure the motor inside your Eureka upright with this genuine Eureka Motor Clamp (Part #38420-2). The clamp holds the motor assembly firmly in its housing, keeping it aligned and isolated from vibration so the fan, bearings, and seals stay in proper position during operation.

A loose or broken motor clamp lets the motor shift, which causes rattling, noise, vibration, and over time can damage the motor mounts or break the airtight seal. This OEM clamp is the correct retainer to keep everything tight and quiet.
