Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a genuine Eureka pre-motor filter holder, the molded frame that seats the pre-motor filter directly ahead of the motor intake on these canister vacuums. The pre-motor filter is the last line of defense before air reaches the motor, and the holder keeps it flat, sealed, and fully covering the intake opening. Part #1182138-03.

If the holder is cracked or its retaining tabs have worn, the filter can sag or fall out of position, letting fine dust bypass it and reach the motor. This OEM replacement restores a tight, proper fit.
