Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This brush roll assembly is the powered agitator for the later Eureka Pronto stick and hand vacuum range, covering models EL1005 through EL1030. The small roller sweeps pet hair, crumbs and grit off bare floors and low-pile rugs, and because the bristles sit so close to the deck, they wear and collect hair quickly with regular use. Part #987061004 ships complete and ready to install.
