    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This TEK motor shroud is a genuine replacement housing component for Eureka Sanitaire commercial backpack vacuums, fitting the SC420A and SC420B models. The shroud encloses and protects the TEK motor assembly, helping direct cooling airflow and shielding the motor from dust and debris during heavy commercial use.

    A cracked or missing motor shroud can expose the motor and disrupt airflow, leading to overheating or reduced suction. Installing this factory-spec shroud restores the proper enclosure around the motor and keeps the backpack running efficiently route after route.
