Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This top cover, also called the lid, fits Eureka Sanitaire commercial backpack vacuums including the SC412A and SC412B models. The top cover is the upper housing panel that closes over the filter and motor compartment, sealing the canister and providing access to the internal components for filter changes and service.

A warped, cracked, or broken lid can break the seal that keeps suction strong and dust contained. This molded replacement restores a tight closure over the backpack body, protecting the filtration and motor area while keeping the unit looking professional.
