Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Repair a loose or broken handle pivot on your commercial upright with this genuine Eureka/Sanitaire handle socket assembly, part #27137-2SV. The handle socket is the pivot housing where the handle joins the vacuum base, and the included spring provides the tension that lets the handle release and lock into its upright and reclined positions.

This assembly fits Perfect P99 through P108 uprights, as well as the Clean Obsessed CO12P and CO16 commercial uprights, matching the original mounting and spring action.
