Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This round replacement belt (Part #B-4A) fits Eureka and Sanitaire round-belt upright vacuums, and is a confirmed match for the Clean Obsessed CO12P and CO16 commercial uprights. The stretchable round belt loops over the motor shaft and brush roll pulley to keep the agitator spinning, lifting embedded dirt and grooming carpet pile.

Round-style belts are designed to flex and grip even as they take on the heat of long cleaning sessions. When a belt becomes loose or burnt, the brush roll stops turning and the vacuum loses its ability to sweep debris into the airflow.
