Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine motor belt pulley restores reliable drive to your Eureka and Sanitaire upright vacuum. The pulley seats on the motor shaft and transfers power through the belt to the brush roll, keeping the beater bar spinning at full speed for thorough deep-pile carpet agitation.

If your Sanitaire is losing brush-roll action, stalling, or chewing through belts prematurely, a worn or grooved pulley is a common culprit. Swapping in a fresh pulley is an inexpensive way to bring agitation performance back to factory spec.
