Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These Eureka and Sanitaire VGI 12-inch black brush inserts are the replaceable bristle strips for the Eureka 3623 brush roll. They snap into the roller grooves and provide the aggressive bristle contact that agitates carpet fibers and lifts embedded dirt.

As inserts wear, the bristles shorten, splay, and lose stiffness, so the roll skims the carpet surface instead of digging into the pile. Swapping in fresh 12-inch inserts is far more economical than replacing the entire brush roll and returns full bristle height and cleaning bite.

  • Fits: Eureka and Sanitaire 3623 with the VGI 12-inch roller.
  • Function: Snap-in bristle strips for the existing brush roll.
  • Benefit: Restores deep agitation without buying a whole roll.
  • Tip: Replace both strips together so bristle height stays even.

Press the new inserts fully into the grooves, and check your roller length and model before ordering so the strips seat flush.
