Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Made for Eureka Style U Bravo uprights, this replacement belt drives the brush roll from the motor shaft. It provides the agitation that pulls dirt up out of carpet.

Once a belt stretches or wears, the brush roll slows or stops and cleaning falls off, sometimes with a burning rubber smell. A fresh belt at proper tension returns full spinning power to the brush. Keeping the belt fresh also protects the brush roll bearings from unnecessary strain.
